LIFE SKILLS COACH
As your life skills coach, I will help you to transform your negative thinking and behavior patterns into clear, focused positive energy with a revitalized conviction to realize your most important dreams and goals. Together we will develop specific solutions and strategies which will motivate and empower you to increase your overall satisfaction, success and happiness in life!
Similar to counseling, life coaching works one-to-one over an extended period of time. Coaching generally works over a 3 to 6 month period, for one hour per week in person, with daily check-ins for support and reinforcement via the telephone and email.
